I’ve been undiagnosed for 4 years. Every test says I’m fine. I have proof I’m not.

Undiagnosed is an app that gives your doctors faster access to your day to day symptoms and habits. And provides you and your medical team current research regarding your symptoms.

What’s coming

The record your doctor wishes you kept.

The things we pass off as normal can matter to your doctor.

Your sleep, food, environment and habits, logged over time, so your doctors can connect the dots faster.

  • One record

Every symptom, test and visit, dated.

Every normal result in one list.

  • Three views

One link for your Medical Team, one for your caregivers, and your own Personal view.

  • Beyond medicine too

Research on sleep, food, stress, movement and your home.

And who can help, from dietitians to functional medicine practitioners.

Your data

I don’t own your health data.
You do.

  • It runs in accounts you own. We never see your health records.
  • I don’t believe anyone should own it but you.
  • You get a personal app that runs on storage, hosting and AI accounts in your name.
  • A step-by-step walkthrough sets it up with you.
  • Free weekly video calls if you want more help.
  • Messages to your doctors go from your own email or phone.
  • Your data, none of our business.
My real record

This is my record.
Not a mockup.

  • 95 files went in.
  • MyChart PDFs, ER discharge papers, imaging reports and my Notes app.
  • If you can export it or screenshot it, the app can read it.
  • The app read every one and put four years in order.
  • Every clean test sits in one list, so your next doctor sees it first.

Built from my own symptom log, labs and doctor visits.

AI research

AI research across 30+ specialties.
Zero “not my department.”

  • The 3 specialties that best match your record go on first.
  • When your record changes, the AI swaps in the specialty that fits it better.
  • Turn on up to 30 at once when you want the whole hospital.
  • Re-checked against new peer-reviewed studies every week. Daily or monthly works too.
  • Written by AI for your doctor to review.
What your doctor gets

Research worth putting on your doctor’s radar.

  • Every lead names the specialties that raised it and the test to ask your doctor about.
  • And a source anyone can check.
  • Your doctor can’t read every new study.
  • It searches published research from around the world.
  • Research checked by a second AI reviewer.
The hard parts

For the moments that go wrong.

  • “They said it was anxiety.”

Log who said it, and when.

    The next doctor sees it.

  • “The test was normal.
    I’m still sick.”

It finds research on what that test can’t show.

And what to ask your doctor next.

  • “I blank in the exam room.”

A guided check-in asks what a doctor asks first.

Up to ten taps, every answer dated.

  • “Could my meds be doing this?”

Every medicine change, lined up against your symptoms.

  • “Is it the weather?”

It checks air pressure, humidity, air quality and UV against your flare days.

  • “I need a letter for work.”

Work, FMLA, school and disability letters, drafted from your record.

Why I built it

4 years. Still no answer.

  • My first convulsive episode was in January 2023.
  • A month later I convulsed on camera during a video EEG. It was read as clean.
  • Every new doctor started from zero.
  • So I built the evidence I needed to be heard.
