What we collect

• Your first name and email, when you join.
• The ad tag in the link, if you came from one of our ads. It tells us which ad worked.
• Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs, such as your IP address and browser, to run the page.

We don’t ask anything about your health here. Health questions only ever happen inside your own app, in accounts you own.

Why

To send you news about Undiagnosed, including when the app opens. Nothing else, and nothing about other brands.

Who holds it

Your name and email are stored with our email provider, Resend. Vercel hosts this page. We share it with no one else, except if the law requires it.

There are no analytics companies, no ad pixels and no cookies on this page. Your browser remembers that you joined, so the form doesn’t ask twice. You can clear that in your browser settings.

Getting off the list

Reply “stop” to any email, or email support@undiagnosedapp.com. You can also ask us to show you, fix or delete what we have. We reply within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Until you leave the list, or 2 years after our last email to you, whichever comes first.

Who this page is for

Adults. A parent or caregiver can join for someone in their care. We only get the parent’s own name and email.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and email the list first.
